POVeditions is a curated limited editions project from POVevolving.

POVevolving, short for Point of View Evolving, is a multi-faceted project started by Los Angeles based artist Jeremy Mora. This would have not been possible if it were´nt for a wonderful woman named Janie who saw the potential in it and decided to help us out with the initial push to make it happen. Also important and in need of recognition are all of the people that have helped me out along the way by donating their time and resources. I know who you are - you know who you are. Thank you.

Here at POVeditions.com, we will be releasing new limited editions on a seemingly random basis... In general, we hope to release 1 or 2 per month...maybe 3...we´ll see how it goes. For the most part, the artists that have created limited editions have been recruited by us.... we send out invitations from time to time when we find something that we love. We don´t charge the artist anything. If needed, we work directly with the artists to get a high res file for print. Each image goes through a proofing process to make sure that the limited edition is crisp, clear, and color correct. In many cases we mail the proofs back and forth with comments flying until everything is perfect and good to go.

Once the proofing is complete the prints are produced and subsequently released on POVeditions.com.

10% of every print sold here on POVeditions.com goes towards the company´s Artist Endowment Fund. We started with the idea of giving money to charities... Although a good idea, we had this idea in the background of wanting to set up a foundation of some sort... Apparently that requires tons of paper pushing and admin resources that we dont currently have - so for now we are stashing cash away to create a grant for artists. Once or twice a year we will put out an open call for proposals and will be giving grants to artists that have great ideas but maybe not quite enough cash to make them happen. We are going to wait until the fund has at least a few zeros behind it... so get yourself some sweet prints and help us fill up the jar. The image rights for all of the works available on the site are retained by the respective artists. Print sales are split 10/45/45 between the Artist Endowment Fund / The Artist / POVevolving. The final pricing for the editions is decided cooperatively between the artist and POVevolving.
